    1. How do I place an order?

    Placing an order with Elicr International is easy and safe.

    Place an Item in Your Cart

    When you see an item you wish to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button next to the item.
    This puts the item into your shopping cart and takes you to the Shopping Cart page where
    you can view all of the items you have added to your cart. From this page, you can change
    the quantity of each item you have selected and remove items if you have changed your
    mind. To shop for more products, click "Continue Shopping".

    2. How secure is it to order merchandise?

    We want you to feel completely comfortable when shopping with us, and we go to great
    lengths to protect your security and privacy. Our website integrated with secure payment
    gateway.

    3. How We Protect Your Personal Information?

    when you enter a secured portion of our web site, an image of a closed lock or a solid key
    should appear in the bottom bar of your browser window. If you click on this image, a small
    popup window displaying site security information will appear. This digital certificate,
    obtained from VeriSign, Inc. - a leading provider of Internet trust services - guarantees that
    your personal information is being transmitted in secure (encrypted) form to Elicr's server, not
    to some unknown or unauthorized server.

    Ultimately, your personal information is protected by the password you created when you
    registered for an account at our store. Please keep this password confidential. No
    representative of Elicr International will ever ask you for your password. The confidentiality of
    your password is yours to protect. If you are a registered customer and you want to change,
    modify, or delete any of your personal information - including your name, e-mail address,
    password, or billing and shipping information -- you can do so at anytime by signing into
    your account online.

    4. What payment methods can I use to purchase merchandise?

    We currently accept payment via Wire Transfer thru the bank.
    Alternatively, you may opt payment by Escrow service [www.escrow.com] or Paypal service
    [www.paypal.com]. Both services are subjected to some surcharges.
    All of our prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
    All orders will be calculated and billed in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

    5. Will I be charged sales tax?

    All prices subject to Goods & Services Tax (7% GST) if purchase is made in Singapore.
    For International orders, sales tax is not applicable, but you are responsible for the
    destination (or own) country import tax, VAT or duties if applicable.

    6. What are my shipping options?

    You may choose to have your order delivered through the following mode:
    • By AIR /thru Forwarder
    • By Express Courier (3-4 days)
    • By Speed Post/Air Mail (7-10 days)
    • By Self-Collection (Singapore)
    • Shipping and handling charges apply

    7. Do you ship to international addresses?

    We do provide delivery to addresses any parts of the world except PO Box addresses.

    8. Can orders be shipped to an address that is different from my registered address?

    Yes. Every time you make a purchase, you will have the option to enter a new
    shipping address during checkout.

    9. What type of confirmation should I expect once I have placed an order?

    Shortly after you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received
    your order. This e-mail will include your order confirmation number, order summary, preferred
    delivery date and time, and other information that you might find helpful regarding your
    account and how to track your order.

  • Shipping and Delivery Information
    • Mode of Delivery

      You may choose to have your order delivered through the following mode:

      BY AIR /thru Forwarder:

      • This is an economical mode for orders with a total shipping weight of 45kg and above.
      • For this delivery mode to take effect, you will need to source for a local forwarder to assist you.

      BY Express Courier:

      • This methodology is good for those who want speed and convenience.
      • Include door-to-door services, delivered right up to your doorstep.
      • Effective for orders that are packed in small parcel, or orders with a total weight not exceeding 45kg.
      • Tracking service allows you to monitor the movement and whereabouts of your cargo through the Internet.
      • Recommended mode for delivery to USA. Please note that our preferred agent DHL/FedEx usually takes approximately 3 business days for worldwide delivery.

      BY Speed Post/Air Mail:

      • This is the most economical delivery mode for bulk purchases.
      • The hindsight is that this method will incur a slightly longer delivery time.
      • For those who choose this mode of delivery, please allow 6-10 days of delivery time.

      BY Self-Collection (Singapore):

      • You may wish to do your own collection, or you may entrust a representative or delivery agent in Singapore to do the collection on your behalf.
      • Doing your own collection gives you complete control.

      Terms of Delivery

      • Please be reminded that all orders are subject to approval by our verification department. We will notify you by phone or email should your order be delayed.
      • For all international customers, we can deliver your order via these modes – Air Parcel Post or Express Courier. The recommended mode is dependent on the weight, value, and the delivery destination.
      • Please be advised that delivery or shipments via UPS/DHL/FedEx (Express Courier) are significantly faster, are easily traced should any of the merchandise get derailed from the standard route, and have a guaranteed delivery time.
      • On the contrary, shipments sent via Air Parcel post will take a longer delivery time and cannot be tracked or traced.
      • Please also note that we will only ship to your stated address.
      • Elicr International is not responsible for and can offer no specific advice on import fees, duties, customs or taxes that you may incur in the process of the entire transaction and delivery of the merchandise to your stated destination.
      • We strongly encourage and urge you to consult your local government import office with regards to the above-mentioned matters and seek their advice.
      • Your shipping/handling fee is determined by the parcel's weight and destination. Value is also determined for insurance purposes only. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels.

      Delivery Arrangements

      • For International customers: Elicr International will ship to your home, your place of business, or another residence address, but not P.O box address.
      • For Customers doing self-collection: We will able to send your order right to the Hotel you are residing in. Please call our sales hotline at (+65) 8383 7723 for more details.

  • Receiving Your Order

    Upon receiving your order, you may wish to follow these guidelines:

    • Unpack the received package with caution and inspect all merchandise thoroughly, taking care not to damage any of these items as well as the manufacturer’s packaging.
    • Do not temper with the equipment without a good grounding or knowledge of the equipment. Always read the instruction manual provided before testing your equipment.
    • Do not discard any of the packaging materials, such as the instruction manual, inserts, bags, boxes, etc, unless you are very sure you want to accept the purchased equipment.
    • Similarly, do not complete the Mack warranty card (If you have purchase one) until you are satisfied if you have bought one from us. Completing the Mack warranty card is an indication of acceptance of the equipment, and we do not accept returns of merchandise with completed warranty cards or damaged or missing collateral material.
    • Retain the commercial invoice containing all important details and records.

    Warranty Coverage

    Unless otherwise stated, a majority of the export merchandise Elicr International Pte Ltd carries does not come with warranty coverage. Nevertheless, as a token of appreciation, our company is offering all our valued customers a complementary 30-day return Singapore Repair warranty (Only against manufacturer defects), with any purchase of our equipment online.

    As a matter of fact, we usually advise and strongly encourage our customers to pick up any extended warranties offered by our company, especially Mack Warranty for a piece of mind against any unexpected malfunctions and costly repairs. Our extended warranties are applicable to most camcorder & recorder.
