This Service Contract is designed for individuals who use high end equipment for business or recreation. Your Mack Camera Extended Service Contract covers manufacturer defects that can result in the loss of operation to your equipment. The Mack Camera Extended Service Contract will cover parts and labor for the life of the Extended Service Contract plan at no additional charge to you, truly making this Extended Service Contract a smart investment for your equipment. Professional coverage also provides you with expedited repair service.

Please remember, this Service Contract does not cover equipment which has been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, liquid, grit, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. Accessories are not covered under the terms of the Service Contract.

The Professional Video Equipment registered below is guaranteed to operate according to manufacturer’s specifications for a period of 2 additional years from the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty or we shall repair same to operate properly. This service contract may be purchased for New Products with at least ninety (90) days remaining on the original manufacturer’s warranty. You must register this warranty within thirty (30) days with Mack Camera by visiting us at our website www.mackcam.com or by calling us toll free at 1-800-252-MACK (6225) or 973-467-2291.

In the event that this equipment requires any repair or service you must visit us at www.mackcam.com to obtain a Repair Authorization Number and current shipping charges. If you have any questions please visit us at www.mackcam.com or call toll free 1-800-252-MACK.

Depending on the type of equipment or service needed you may be able to use one of Mack’s authorized service centers near you. To locate an authorized service center near you please e-mail us at localrepair@mackcam.com. Please note that a control number must be obtained from Mack Camera prior to obtaining service from an authorized service center. For international inquiries e-mail us at international@mackcam.com.

Mack Camera & Video Services Inc. is not responsible for international shipping or any fees associated with Duties, Taxes or Brokerage fees upon Custom’s clearance.

This equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to you (this includes warranted parts and labor for manufacturer’s defects). Such service, repair, adjustment of the equipment is assured the registered contract holder, provided the equipment has not been tampered with, modified, damaged as a result or liquid, sand, grit, impact and physically broken parts. You may transfer ownership of this service contract to another person for a $20.00 administrative fee. Mack Camera & Video Service reserves the right to terminate service contracts if invoices are not paid within terms or are fraudulently altered by the dealer or service contract holder.

This limited service contract applies only to the product specified herein. It does not cover damages LCD’s, cables, tapes, batteries, AC adapters, remotes, software, connectors, interchangeable lenses, bulbs, additional accessories or other expenses of consequential damages.

Mack Camera & Video Service will not be liable for the loss of revenues or profits, inconvenience, expense of substitute equipment, loss of incidental or consequential damages. If the equipment cannot be restored to manufacturer’s specifications or is deemed by Mack Camera, in its sole discretion, to be beyond economic repair, or if the unit has been repaired 3 consecutive times for the same repair and it requires a 4th repair for the same problem, Mack may, at our discretion, replace your unit with a reconditioned model or equivalent model of like kind and quality or refund you the current market value of your covered equipment in U.S. Dollars. Any refund will be limited to the price you paid for the original product excluding taxes. If a replacement or refund is made under this contract there will no longer be coverage under this contract and all obligations are satisfied.

This service contract only covers a unit malfunction. This service contract does not cover In-warranty parts not provided or shipped by the manufacturer. Operational or mechanical failure covered by manufacturer’s warranty, manufacturer’s recall, improper construction, or factory bulletins, (regardless of whether or not the manufacturer is doing business as an ongoing enterprise).

This service contract is only valid if positive identification of the unit covered hereunder is presented at the time of service.

This service contract applies only to the product(s) specified herein.

A separate service contract is available for interchangeable lenses and projector bulbs.
